Component Exchange is a program that replaces old components with high-quality reconditioned (reman) components, which have undergone overhaul, inspection, and Volvo factory-standard testing to ensure optimal performance — equivalent to new parts, but at a much more efficient cost.

With this program, customers receive ready-to-use components without having to wait for the repair process of their old parts. Replacement components are ready to install, allowing the unit to return to operation immediately.

The Eka Dharma Workshop has been designed and built with two goals in mind "production and efficiency" the facility is higher than world standard.

Clean, air-conditioned component repair areas, equipped with two 5-ton overhead cranes, a complete set of Volvo special tools, and dedicated component repair stations that enable efficient, professional service.
